Although our lobby is closed, we're doing our best to provide seamless curbside care.
1. Just like human hospitals, we are only allowing our pet patients inside. Our entire staff utilizes fear free techniques to eliminate stress and anxiety during their visit.
2. We'll use a slip leash on your dog each and every time for safety. All other pets must be in a carrier. If you don't have one, let us know - we have a few available inside.
3. You'll hang out in the car - we promise we'll bring your pet back as fast as we can. (Need some sidewalk chalk for bored kiddos? Just ask!)
4. Please maintain a 6 foot distance from the front door, staff, and other clients, and don't forget to wear your mask!

Your invoice must be paid in full at the time of your visit, but have some additional payment options:
Care CreditCareCredit is a medical credit card you can re-use at most vet clinics and dental offices. It allows for 6 months interest free payments. You can use the link below to apply for a card using our clinic, either online or over the phone @ 1-800-677-0718.
Care Credit does not allow any payments over the phone - if you're unable to use your card in person with a valid ID, you can make a payment using their online portal - just click the link above. |
ScratchpayScratchpay is a one-time use payment plan offered by our clinic. It allows you to split the bill between 5 interest-free payments. can click below to follow their simple application process so we can help you get the care you need now and worry about payments later.
You can apply for Scratchpay through text message: 855-727-2395. You only pay for what you use - Scratchpay does require 20% of the invoice to be paid the same day.
